About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Amber’s Roses website and any products, gift cards, or related services offered through it. “Amber’s Roses,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this storefront. “You” means the person using the site or placing an order. Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy, the product description, and any purchase-specific conditions clearly presented before payment.
You may browse without creating an account. To make a purchase when ordering is available, you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and authorized to use the payment method. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Browsing, availability & order acceptance
Products and services are offered subject to availability. Adding an arrangement or digital gift card to your bouquet, saving a gift message, receiving a price quote, or reviewing checkout details does not itself place or confirm an order, charge a payment method, reserve inventory, or issue a gift card.
Purchases can be completed only through an enabled payment flow. If no payment option is available, no paid order has been placed. When ordering is available, an automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may decline an order for unavailable stock, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill it lawfully. Any amount collected for an order we do not accept will be returned.

Our preserved roses & product presentation
Our arrangements contain real roses treated to preserve their appearance. Natural variations in petal shape, bloom size, texture, and shade are part of the product. Screens, lighting, and photography may affect how colors appear. Product descriptions, selected color, vessel, and included packaging shown at purchase identify what you are ordering; decorative room accessories are not included unless expressly listed.
Preserved roses are decorative objects, not food, skincare, or fragrance products. Keep them away from children and pets, avoid ingestion, and handle glass or ceramic vessels carefully. Keep arrangements indoors, dry, away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. Do not water, spray, squeeze, or remove the roses from their arrangement. Dyed petals may transfer color if wet or rubbed against delicate surfaces.

Our two-year guarantee
We guarantee our preserved roses for two years from delivery when kept and cared for according to our rose-care instructions. Keep your order confirmation and contact us if the roses materially deteriorate within that period despite appropriate care. Include the order details, delivery date, a description of the concern, and clear photographs if available; we may reasonably request further information to assess the issue.
The guarantee concerns the preserved roses and does not cover accidental breakage, crushing, water exposure, unsuitable humidity or heat, direct sun damage, alterations, removal of blooms, or other misuse. Natural minor differences between individual roses do not by themselves establish a defect. We will assess an appropriate remedy and explain the next steps. This guarantee supplements, and does not limit, any applicable statutory warranty or other mandatory consumer remedy.

Prices, payments & promotions
Displayed prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The final purchase total, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, must be shown before you authorize payment. A sale or compare-at price applies only as displayed for the selected product and variant. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases; changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
Coupons are subject to the eligibility, minimum purchase, dates, redemption limits, and product restrictions shown with the offer. Unless expressly permitted, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively. Gift card purchases are excluded from promotional discounts unless the offer states otherwise. A gift card balance check or checkout quote does not deduct credit. Credit is applied only when a completed purchase is processed. We do not authorize hidden charges or paid substitutions without your agreement.

Gift cards & store credit
Only a gift card actually issued by us with an active balance is redeemable. Creating a design, selecting an amount, or adding a gift card to your bouquet does not issue a card. Keep the full code confidential. A person with the code may be able to use its balance; contact us promptly if it is lost, stolen, or disclosed. Replacement may require proof of purchase or issuance and confirmation that the balance remains unused.
Gift cards may be used only for eligible Amber’s Roses purchases. They cannot be used to buy another gift card unless expressly permitted. They are not cash, except where applicable law requires redemption. No expiration or inactivity fee is imposed by these terms. Mandatory cash-redemption, refund, expiration, and consumer protections take priority over any contrary restriction. Promotional credits may have separately disclosed conditions, subject to law. We may investigate suspected fraud but will not invalidate a legitimate balance without a lawful basis.

Delivery, addresses & delays
Available delivery destinations, rates, and estimated fulfillment times will be presented before an order can be completed. Please provide a complete and accurate address and any necessary delivery instructions. Contact us promptly to request a change; changes may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun. A gift message does not constitute a delivery-date guarantee.
If we cannot ship an accepted order within the promised time, we will provide the delay notice, cancellation choice, and refund required by applicable law. A revised estimate does not remove your mandatory rights. If a parcel is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Do not discard damaged items or packaging before documenting the issue. These terms do not shift responsibility to you for loss or damage contrary to applicable law.

Cancellations, returns & refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order. Whether a change can be made depends on its fulfillment status and any conditions disclosed before payment. Product-specific return conditions, including any lawful restrictions for customized arrangements, must be disclosed before purchase. These terms do not establish an undisclosed “all sales final” policy.
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, notify us promptly with your order information and photographs where practical. A request for prompt notice does not shorten any mandatory claim period. We will explain the assessment, return authorization if needed, and available remedy. Do not send a return without instructions. Approved monetary refunds are made to the original payment method unless you agree otherwise or law requires another method. Bank processing times may vary. Store credit will not replace a legally required refund without your agreement.

Gift messages, contact & acceptable use
Submit only information you are authorized to provide, including a recipient’s name, address, or message. Do not include payment credentials, sensitive identification documents, or unnecessary confidential information in gift notes or contact messages. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your submissions.
Do not use the site to send threats, discriminatory harassment, unlawful content, malware, or spam; attempt unauthorized access; test stolen payment details; misuse gift card codes; or interfere with the store. We may restrict abusive access or refuse unlawful message content. A gift-note submission gives us only the permission reasonably needed to process and convey that message, not ownership of your personal content.

Brand materials & third-party services
The site’s branding, AR monogram, artwork, photographs, text, and design are protected by intellectual-property rights held by their respective owners. You may browse and share ordinary links for personal purposes. Commercial reproduction, impersonation, misleading endorsements, or removal of rights notices requires permission or another lawful basis. Rights allowed by law are unaffected.
Services such as hosting, identity authentication, and, when enabled, payments or delivery may be supplied by third parties. Their separate terms apply to their own services. A link to another site does not make its operator our agent or make its privacy practices ours. The Privacy Policy explains the services currently used by this storefront.

Service changes, responsibility & your rights
We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, or updates. We take reasonable care with the site but do not promise uninterrupted availability or freedom from every technical error. General website information is not a substitute for the specific terms of an accepted purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant transaction was made. No provision excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class actions, or prevent you from contacting a regulator or using a court with lawful jurisdiction. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections remain controlling.

Updates, questions & resolution
The effective date at the top identifies this version. Material changes apply prospectively; we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. The terms presented for an accepted purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent they can operate lawfully.
For an order concern, guarantee claim, or question about these terms, use and include enough information for us to identify the issue. We encourage an opportunity to resolve concerns directly, without making that a condition of exercising legal rights.
